NEW MEDICINE SERVICE

If you are prescribed a medicine to treat a long term condition for the first time, one of our Pharmacists will help you by advising about your medicine. This will include an initial consultation and follow ups.

MEDICINES USE REVIEWS

A Medicines Use Review is a chance for you to sit down and talk to a pharmacist about your medicines. It is an informal chat about your medication. We will advise you about your medicines, what they do, and how you can get the most out of them.
The Medicines use Review is free and will usually last around 10 minutes. It is completely confidential and you and your GP will receive a record of the discussion. Please call us to arrange an appointment.
